Change your user id in home banking

We aim to make your life a little easier, so we are happy to announce that you can now change your user ID in Home Banking! Once logged in to Home Banking, hover over “Your Preferences,” then click on “Login Security Credential.” The option “Change User ID” is on the right side of the screen, under “Change Password.”

  1. Your new user ID must be all letters, no numbers.
  2. The user ID is not case sensitive.
